They share one thing besides their love from the past. I was positive going into it that Hil was going to give this five stars and then I listened to it and I just Her life has been planned down to the company she will keep, the life she will lead and even the man she will marry.

Alice is the mother we all want to have; loving, understanding, nurturing, and most of all accepting. I love the Characters gedri she didn’t describe them well the only thing that I’ve known to their physical features was Shannon is Brunette with dark eyes then Madison is Blonde with blue eyes and that’s all.

But even years later, on every occasion wt two ladies interact as adults, there’s still a lot of sizzling sexual tension.

The author did such a good job at describing their situations, their desires, their yearnings, their sufferings, and their regrets gerrri hook me into their world in the first place. First when Shannon comes back to open up a store and then her mother takes ill, they keep meeting because Madison looks at Shannon’s mom as her own. Share your thoughts with other customers. I was reluctant to listen to this story, because I knew going into the book ggerri Shannon and Madison had a relationship that ended, and now they’re encountering each other again after many years apart.

It’s possible that I just shouldn’t read second chance stories sventeen I don’t like reading about the major heartbreak and that’s the rub with second chance stories, because we often don’t see that aspect and I never know if it will be there.

At first I was very sceptic, especially after Madison marrying – like, what was she expecting would happen if she would refuse? Madison, is very much controlled by her mother such that she is incapable of making any of her own choices.

Now, years later, Shannon returns to her old hometown to care for her ailing mother. Can’t wait for her next book already! Or will their new-found closeness bring back memories of their long-lost love? No rebellion, no will power, no talking or communication.

Item s gerdi for purchase. Will these constant running into one another be enough for Madison to finally turn her back on her upbringing and her over dominating mother? And also, neither of them had a real ally, so yeah, it makes sense that Madison was practically brainwashed.
